We offer complimentary Australia Post Express Shipping on all orders over AUD $150. For orders under $150, shipping costs $12.95 (Australia) or $15.00 (New Zealand).

We ship with Australia Post to the USA for flat rate of AUD $30. Duties will be calculated and prepaid by the customer at checkout.
🌎 International Shipping
We ship worldwide using DHL eCommerce for a flat rate of AUD $30.
For most destinations, applicable duties, taxes, and import charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. These charges are collected upfront to help ensure a smooth delivery experience with no unexpected customs invoices upon arrival.
Please note that customs regulations vary by country and some destinations may still apply additional charges that are outside of our control.
While our swimwear is shipped from Australia, the country of origin declared on customs documentation is China, where the garments are manufactured.
⏱️ Shipping ETA
We’re based on the Gold Coast, Australia, and process orders the same day if placed before 12pm AEST — otherwise, the next business day.
Within Australia, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days depending on your location.
International shipping generally takes around 5–10 business days, depending on customs and your local courier.

❗ Missing Parcels
While we always do our best to ensure your order arrives safely, parcels can occasionally be delayed or go missing while in transit.
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact the relevant courier in the first instance to lodge an enquiry.
If your parcel is confirmed as lost in transit and Shipping Protection was selected at checkout, we will happily arrange a replacement or refund.
Unfortunately, if Shipping Protection was not added to your order, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund for parcels that are lost after dispatch.
