We offer complimentary Express Shipping for all orders over USD $99.95. For orders under USD $99.95, shipping costs USD $10.

We ship with DHL Express for AUD $20. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipping ETA

We are based on the Gold Coast, Australia, and process your order the same day if you order before 12pm, or the next day if you order after 12pm.

Refunds for All Items

We offer 30 day refunds for all purchases (full price and sale items) provided the item is in its original condition. Please follow the instructions on the piece of paper that comes with your order.

You will be required to cover the return postage costs to send your item back. If you want a new size or style, please just place another order on our website. We don't do exchanges, as our sizes go fast, and we might have sold out of the style you want by the time we receive your first item back.
